As a Business Development Executive at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in accountable for the achievement of territorial sales budget so that sales and earnings are maintained and increased in consistent with or better than the company's objectives through proper execution of the sales and territory plan, and effective control of assigned territories also marketing activities in territory. Majority focus in coronary angiography and angioplasty product covering BKK and Northern region.

 

Your key responsibilities: 
 

  • Accountable for achieving territory sales goals by leveraging account potential and driving product line growth.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, identify untapped business opportunities, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Strategically plan and document field visits, customer appointments, and promotional activities to optimize impact and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong engagement with top accounts; manage contracts, communications, and expectations to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Submit timely reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to enhance performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities, share findings across the team, and protect business interests through proactive analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Management in trade shows and events to support branding, promotion, and market awareness efforts.
  • Deliver excellent service including complaint resolution, inventory planning, and order follow-up while contributing to team initiatives.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in medical science or health science is a plus.

  • 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales, experience in cardiovascular products or working area is an advantage.

  • Experience in tendor process will be advantage
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English

  • Ability to work after office hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays when required
