Quality Assistant Manager 

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management systems within a production environment.
• Experience in supervision or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system documentation.
• Understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement concepts (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, etc.).
• Good English communication skills, including participation in meetings and business communication.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, AI tools, or data analysis tools will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the quality management system and related documents according to ISO requirements.
• Supervise daily quality control activities to ensure product quality meets customer and company standards.
• Develop, review and update audit plans. Instructions for working and quality steps
• Support internal audits. external audit and customer inspection
• Investigation, search, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Support the production team in problem solving and process improvement activities.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality related matters.
• Manage quality inspection equipment and calibration activities.
• Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop QC team members while fostering a strong quality culture.

Regarding this position:
• Oversee and control QC operations to ensure products meet standards.
• Support the QC department with product quality assurance and manage all quality reports when the QHSE Manager is absent.
• Support the QHSE Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other requirements and legal regulations.
• Support the QHSE Manager in supervising the QC team to ensure all products delivered to customers fully meet standards.
