Production Technician

Qualification:

1.Education able to diploma degree up in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing or relate with

2.Age 18 years and over

3.Minimum working experience 1 year. If experiences are micro or precision mechanic parts manufacturing, will be advantage.

4.Males must have completed military service.

5.Can set up, adjust and operate machine

6.Able to work shifts, night and day (shifts change every 2 weeks)

7.Have good human relations

Job Summary (Purpose of the job):

Set up and adjust the machines to manufacture surgical needles and / or produce surgical needles with safety, quality and efficiency according to the working instruction and the company standards.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions):

1.Set up the machine according to the MO to produce.

2.Adjust the machine to work in good and standard conditions. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specification.

3.Responsible for quality after set up and adjustment and before starting production.

4.Operate the work station and reach the output target and according to production quality.

5.Assist and substitute for maintenance.

6.Train the production line staff and new technicians.

7.Support the supervisor to meet the production goals.

8.Substitute for supervisor except decision making for quality issue.

9.Operate within standard working instructions and ISO standards.

10.Work with team work spirit, communicate and treat each other with mutual respect.

11.Ensure a clean and safe working area.

12.Act to improve the company performance and the customer satisfaction.

13.Involvement and Perform of Company Policy Standards. (Code of Conduct, Company regulations, ISO, OH&S, etc.)

14.Other duties as assigned.
