Maintenance Supervisor
Qualification:
1.Education able to high diploma or bachelor degree in mechanics/tooling, production, electricity/automation, pneumatic/hydraulics or related field.
2.Minimum working experience of: 3 years, in maintenance, if possible in international company.
3.Mature, responsible and strong communication. Able English beginner level.
4.Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skill.
5.Can use computer literate in basic software as MS Office.
6.Experience in Machine/Facilities/Utilities maintenance, Preventive/Curative workload organization, communication with Production. Contractor/Other stakeholder, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or BMS (Building managment system) softwares.
7.Can also: Work on shift or national day off for special purpose.
Training Needs:
Company code of conduct, Company policy standard and regulations and Law, Standard of ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, other requirement for requirement and internal audit.
Job Summary (Purpose of the job):
Supervise and support a team, to maintain in good condition all the equipment to allow the production to manufacture surgical needles with safety, quality and efficiency.
Major Duties Performed (Main Functions):
1.Share your experience and knowledge to improve maintenance planning (task description, frequency, scheduling,...), with engineering manager.
2.Maintain equipment, following preventive maintenance plan, to preserve manufacturing performance.
3.Repair machine, in accordance with production priority and parts availability, to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
4.Coordinate Maintenance Operation with production team for an optimal support and manage resources between Technician, Operators and Sub-contractors, to share workload.
5.Request adapted sub-contractor, and follow them up, to support factory when internal resources are not adapted.
6.Settle new equipments, to reach our company standards and make it ready for production.
7. Propose solution, or draw part or make accessories, to improve safety or optimize machines performance or improve ergonomics and workflow.
8.Feedback management, to accommodate the work plan with the actual situation.
9.Fill department documentation, to organize department work, and share information with other departments.
10.Manage necessary spare parts and material, to ensure best efficiency.
11.Ensure cleanliness of maintenance working area.
12.Operate within standard working instructions and ISO standards.

14.Involvement and Perform of Company Policy Standards. (Code of Conduct, Company Regulations, ISO, OH&S, etc.)
