Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commercial Excellence team, ensuring execution of operational mechanisms with Sales, including customer portfolio management, client segmentation, target deployment, and regular performance and profitability reviews.
  • Oversee the Sales Operations and Equipment Management team, responsible for public sales, customer registration and billing, equipment availability, and contract management.
  • Lead the Customer Relationship, CX, and Customer Committee teams, promoting a customer-first culture.
  • Develop and implement the Commercial Operations and Excellence strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, standardized, and governance-driven commercial processes, policies, and tools.
  • Manage CRM and automation systems governance, ensuring data integrity and reliable insights for decision-making.
  • Generate commercial intelligence through KPIs and dashboards, identifying opportunities for efficiency, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure integration between Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales to strengthen the customer journey and commercial outcomes.
  • Support strategic commercial planning, including goal setting, territory definition, and commission policies.
  • Lead digital transformation projects within commercial operations, aligned with business evolution.
  • Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and effective resolution of customer demands to enhance experience and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements, agility in responding to public bids, and maximization of public sales opportunities.
  • Guarantee that contracts with clients, distributors, and partners are formalized, updated, and aligned with commercial guidelines, margins, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure accurate control, movement, traceability, and optimization of assets under the area’s responsibility.
  • Lead and develop high-performance teams across commercial operations and excellence fronts.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in leadership roles within Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Experience with pricing and sales channels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics), BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, data- and results-driven.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA.
  • Experience in fast-growing companies (scale-ups, tech, industry, or services).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, OKRs, and commercial performance frameworks.
