Mission
Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Dialysis (acute and chronic) and Advanced Wound Care portfolios, including Infection Prevention. Ensure the development, communication, and implementation of strategies that drive sustainable growth, strengthen B. Braun’s market presence, and deliver value to patients, healthcare providers, and all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, communicate, and implement the commercial strategy for Dialysis, Advanced Wound Care, and Infection Prevention. Develop and maintain a clear communication plan tailored to all stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
- Actively accompany sales teams in the field, measure strategy effectiveness, and adapt initiatives as required to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure team participation in trainings provided by the global business units as well as those defined by the local training department. Develop commercial excellence capabilities across the team.
- Guarantee adherence to all internal compliance processes and corporate policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders to position B. Braun as a trusted partner.
- Foster collaboration with other business areas to leverage synergies and strengthen the B. Braun brand in the market.
- Support decision-making together with Regional Managers for key accounts within the division, ensuring alignment and effective negotiations.
- Ensure achievement of assigned budget and take full responsibility for P&L performance in the division.
- Lead by example, inspire and motivate teams, and develop future leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven commercial experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector, preferably in dialysis equipment and/or advanced wound care.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and achieving business targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, build commercial strategies, and deliver sustainable growth.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience building long-term partnerships.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to compliance, ethical business conduct, and corporate values.
- High adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on leadership style with presence in the field
