As a Asst Manager - Operational Excellence & Change Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

 

Your key responsibilities:               

  • Overall: Initiate and execute programs & projects leading towards achieving the company goals and the product
    performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
  • Support Production and/or administrative areas Job with projects towards increasing of business efficiency,
    using the common Lean tools as methodology:
    o Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment
    o Shopfloor Management incl. Kamishibai approach
    o Gemba walks
    o TPM – total productive maintenance
    o OEE analytics and Bottleneck approach
    o SGA – Small group activities
    o PSS – Problem solving story
    o MOS – Multi observation studies
    o Headcount efficiency and methods to improve (e.g. Spaghetti charting, associate approach etc.)
    o TWI – Train within Industry
    o VSM – Value stream mapping incl. Kaizen projects
  • Perform training of Lean Methods to production / admin colleagues. Coach Lean trainees and support on certification project. Define and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and
    minimize resistance.
  • Create Change initiatives, work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Develop a high performing and engaging employee culture, motivate team members and positively influence others.
  • Coordinate all activities with regards to the assigned projects and ensure the success of projects within the aligned and
    agreed timeline. Work on strategy deployment for the respective areas and their responsible. 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years of experience in Operational excellence and change management.
