As an Assistant Manager, HRBP at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in partnering with commercial business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will provide advisory support on talent, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and learning initiatives while fostering an engaging and productive workplace.

Your key responsibilities: 
  • Partner with commercial business leaders to align people strategies with business goals and provide proactive HR advisory support.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives across the business.
  • Manage employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices. 
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to develop effective people solutions, programs, and process improvements.
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning, learning & development initiatives, and training needs analysis to build business capabilities.
  • Lead annual compensation & benefits review activities, policy enhancements, and reward-related recommendations. 
  • Coach and develop HR team members, while driving HRDC claims, training execution, and continuous capability development across the organization.

 

What you will bring to the team: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field. 
  • 5 - 7 years of HR experience, across strategic, audit SOPs and operations. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
