As a area sales manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Set sales targets, forecast sales performance, and plan activities such as seminars, workshops, and promotional events in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Implementation & Compliance: Execute marketing strategies, maintain customer relationships, manage goods return, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethics.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales and expenses, evaluate tender invitations, propose selling prices, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting & Strategy Review: Summarize monthly team reports, analyze sales data, and advise management on issues and opportunities to refine sales strategies and plans.
- Competitive Analysis: Track and evaluate competitor activities, share insights with the product management team, and plan counteractions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Training & Meetings: Regularly meet with the line manager, provide sales updates, attend training sessions, and participate in company-organized meetings and events.
- Customer Service & Support: Build trust with customers, ensure timely complaint resolution, monitor order fulfillment, and provide excellent customer service.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team.
What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in any filed (healthcare/healthsciene will be advantage)

2 years of experience in managing sales team or senior sales

Experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices
-
English language at intermediate level
