作为区域工程师，负责贝朗产品的售前、售中及售后全流程技术支持，配合业务部门达成年度区域销售目标；及时响应区域内客户诉求，高效处理各类报修与现场问题，持续提升客户满意度，并完成部门下达的维修销售指标。

As a Regional Engineer, you will provide end-to-end technical support for B. Braun products throughout the pre-sales, sales and after-sales phases, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve annual regional sales targets. You will also respond promptly to customer inquiries in the region, efficiently handle various service requests and on-site issues, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and meet the repair and sales KPIs assigned by the department.
