Job Summary:
In order to improve inventional product development capability and performance of the non-active device team in Suzhou R&D, lead the team to develop and implement product development strategies with global, clinical, business, and external partners to support the development of Braun's business in China.
Responsibilities:
- According to the company's strategy, support the development and cooperation direction of innovative products in interventional therapy fields. Support the establishment of internal and external innovation partners, and implement strategies to meet market focus and development plans for key R&D product lines.
- Manage the daily project progress of the team and complete the development work according to the project plan.
- Build and develop team capability.
- Though implementing of transparent communication scheme and high-efficient collaboration with market team and manfacturing site to speed process of new product development.
Education and Qualifications:
- Master degree or above, major in Mechanical, Material, Biomedical Engineering).
- Good skills in spoken and written English.
- 20+years of non-active medical device development with at least 3 years of team management experience. Experience of independently or leading a team to complete the related interventional product development from initiation to launch(Class II or III).
