For our Commercial Excellence division, we are seeking to fill the position of (Senior) Market Intelligence Manager (f/m/d) at the earliest possible date at our Melsungen location.
The Commercial Excellence department consolidates cross-divisional expertise in Marketing & Sales and is responsible for harmonizing, optimizing, and digitalizing the related processes and systems. As a Market Intelligence Manager (f/m/d), you act as a partner to the Global Marketing teams within your assigned business areas. You observe and analyze market and competitive information with the goal of supporting data-driven decisions and creating value in the commercialization of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of business strategies, portfolio analyses, and other key activities requiring market and competitive data
- Collaborate within a team and with stakeholders from various functions, regions, and countries; tailor and communicate market and competitive insights according to stakeholder needs
- Identify, collect, and integrate relevant data into consistent and easily accessible data models, validating assumptions using structured methodologies
- Translate complex market and competitive insights into actionable, business-relevant recommendations
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and competitors for the assigned business areas
Professional Qualifications:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Strategy, Business Development, or Market Analysis, ideally in the MedTech sector
- Experience with market analysis tools, including market sizing and competitive assessments; strong affinity for business models, strategic levers, and financial metrics
- Solid knowledge of relevant MedTech markets as well as experience with corresponding competitors or customer segments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; good German skills are an advantage
