Your mission in Digital HR & People Services: Help shape the future of HR at B. Braun! 

Dive into the world of global HR processes and help us standardize, digitalize, and continuously improve them. You can start your 6-month internship with us from March 2026. 

 

Responsibilites 

  • You actively contribute to projects to standardize and harmonize HR processes and learn how modern HR systems interact globally. 

  • You analyze existing ("AS-IS") processes, identify optimization potential, and help document data and workflows in a structured way – a perfect combination of analytical thinking and creative drive. 

  • Take ownership of your own tasks around HR technology, AI-powered applications, and digital tools. Whether data analyses, automation ideas, or fresh tech impulses – your curiosity counts! 

  • Create engaging presentations, communication formats, and intranet content that make complex digital topics easy to understand and bring our global workforce along. 

  • Plan, organize, and moderate workshops and meetings – from preparation through delivery to follow-up. You will be part of international exchange formats where ideas emerge, and decisions are made. 

 

Professional Skills 

  • You are enrolled in an advanced study program in business administration, (business) informatics, data science / business analytics / data engineering, or a comparable field. 

  • You are interested in digital technologies, modern HR systems, and topics related to artificial intelligence. 

  • You have very good English skills in speaking and writing and feel confident in German as well (at least B2 level). 

  • You are confident using MS Office and ideally have initial exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools. 

 

Personal Skills 

  • You have a strong affinity for digital topics and are curious about innovation. 

  • You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and feel particularly comfortable in international environments. 

  • You organize yourself, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive topics forward. 

  • You are open to new technologies, agile ways of working, and modern forms of collaboration.
