How can I register and log in? Do I have to create a profile?
Please click on the “View Profile” tab in the upper right corner and then on “Create an account” on the following page. Follow the instructions displayed on the page and enter all required details.
How can I reset my password?
Navigate to "View Profile" in the upper right corner and simply click on the “Forgot your password?” button. A new password will be sent to the email address you provided. Please be patient when requesting the new password and do not request another password before you have received your new password by email. Otherwise it will be invalid again due to the password request already received. You can then continue with your application using the new password.
I do not have an email address and would like to apply.
Applications can only be submitted online. An email address is therefore required.
Application
What information do I need to provide in my application and can I change my details later?
A range of personal data is required for the application (example: first name, surname, address, etc.). Mandatory, optional and country-specific fields must be completed for the application. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
How can I view my data and the application?
Please log in to your profile and click on the portlets (example: My documents, Profile information etc.). Several portlets with fields will appear. These fields can be adjusted and saved. The information entered will be used for further applications.
How can I view the status of the application and how will I be kept up to date?
Please log in to your profile and click on „Jobs Applied“. You can find the status of your application displayed in the tile.
In which language should I apply?
The language of the application can be selected individually by the candidate. Each external applicant can select any language in the language settings of the page. For some specific brands and applications, it would be advantageous to submit the application in English.
How long does it take until I receive a feedback?
We will process all applications as quickly as possible. The response will depend on the brand and the application. The status of all applications can be viewed in your profile. Please log in to your profile and click on „Jobs Applied“. The status of your application is displayed in the tile.
How can I accept or reject an interview slot?
The tab “My Interviews” displays any previous or upcoming interviews. The interview can be confirmed, declined or rescheduled.
How can I withdraw my application?
Please log in to your profile and navigate via „Options“ to „Settings“. Click on the „Delete Profile“ button in the bottom right corner.
How can I be informed about new vacancies?
Please search for a job and click on „Create alert“ under the job search tile.
How can I set job alerts?
Please note that you must have a candidate profile in order to set job alerts. Navigate to your profile and click "Options" at the top right of your profile. Select "Job Alerts" and set your preferences. Make sure to check the notification box to receive new job alerts instantly via email. To return to your profile, click "View Profile.
Data Protection
When will my profile be deleted?
The profile and application will be purged after 180 days in Germany. Detailed information are included in the data protection policy.
I do not wish to accept the terms of use but I am happy to continue with the registration.
The terms of use need to be accepted to submit the application.
How will my documents be used, e.g. will a cover letter uploaded for a specific application also be used for other applications? Where/how can I set the visibility of my profile?
The visibility of each application depends on the settings selected during profile registration:
- Only recruiters for jobs I have applied to
- Any company recruiter in my country of residence
- Any company recruiter worldwide
